An idea for cafes everywhere

Cafes should sell pieces of birthday cake – the ones that are sponge and covered with butter-cream icing in different shades and have pebbles or chocolate fingers all over them.

In fact, cafes should just systematically work their way through the Australian Women’s Weekly Birthday Cake Book because a chunk of swimming pool cake or a castle or a big number is heaps more interesting than a boring chocolate cake.
